In the center of the new restaurant of Thierry Marx, the Sur-Mesure, a mysterious
luminous ring designed and produced by Enzyme floats. Installed in the de luxe hôtel
Mandarin Oriental in the heart of Paris, the restaurant, the bar and of many spaces were
drawn by the Jouin-Manku Agency.
It is on the idea and under the artistic director of Sanjit Manku that Enzymes developed
this large core of light, equipped with tinted PMMA. Fixed cantilever and in an invisible way
on only one post, the part seems to float only in the middle of the patio of the restaurant.
Part carried out out of steel, thermoformed PMMA, lighting with LEDs under DMX control.
